Wheat is the second largest food crop in the world. Under the conditions of 30% of the planting area, greenhouse gas emissions and global climate change, the yield and quality of wheat will be affected to a certain extent. Changes in temperature, unpredictable precipitation, instability in frequency and intensity of weather conditions, a series of climate change that pose a threat to humans and natural ecosystems. Agriculture is one of the major manufacturing industries threatened by climate change and one of the most sensitive and vulnerable sectors of climate change. In particular, extreme weather events such as temperature, precipitation and drought, floods and changes in frequency may lead to food production and may even damage agriculture. As one of the three major grain crops, wheat has an important influence on the growth and development of wheat. Based on this, we will focus on the impact of climate change on agricultural meteorology and wheat production in China and put forward the impact of wheat production and climate change measures.
