在信息技术成熟发展和互联网普及应用的双重推动下,各种新型媒体不断出现,电视台作为一种传统的大众传媒,面临新的机遇与挑战。电视台要想在激烈的行业竞争中谋求可持续发展,必须要将工作重点放在提高电视台节目质量上,而电视台编辑的个人素养和专业水平与此息息相关。因此,在新形势下重视电视台编辑素质的提升策略及把握和表达方法,成为提高电视台节目质量和核心竞争力的主要因素。
Under the dual promotion of the mature development of information technology and the popularization and application of Internet, various new types of media are constantly emerging. Television stations, as a traditional mass media, are facing new opportunities and challenges. If TV stations want to seek sustainable development in the fierce competition in the industry, they must focus their efforts on improving the quality of television programs, and the personal qualifications and professionalism of television station editors are closely related to this. Therefore, under the new situation, emphasis should be put on the promotion strategies, grasping and expressing methods of television editors and become the main factor to improve the quality and core competitiveness of television programs.
