应用粉末技术使Fe-V-Nb合金+石墨反应体系在真空状态下进行碳化反应和烧结致密化,应用XRD和SEM分析了原位合成(V,Nb)C颗粒增强铁基复合材料的微观组织。
The powder technology was used to make the carbonization reaction and densification of Fe-V-Nb alloy + graphite reaction system in vacuum. The microstructure of (V, Nb) C-reinforced iron matrix composites synthesized by in situ synthesis was analyzed by XRD and SEM .
