目的利用响应面法优选气血双补酒的渗漉提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken中心组合设计方法,对提取工艺中乙醇体积分数、溶剂倍量、渗漉速率3个因素进行考察,以复方中6个指标性成分(人参皂苷Rb1、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、阿魏酸、二苯乙烯苷、芍药苷、橙皮苷)及浸出物的质量浓度的综合评分作为考察指标进行提取工艺优化研究。结果最佳提取工艺为以10倍量48%乙醇,1.4 m L/min的体积流量渗漉提取。结论响应面法优选气血双补酒提取工艺简便、合理可行,具有较高的精确度,可为工业化大生产提供科学的依据。 Objective To optimize the percolation extraction process of qi and blood double-supplement wine by response surface methodology. Methods The single factor test combined with the Box-Behnken central composite design method was used to investigate the three factors of ethanol volume fraction, solvent double amount and percolation rate in the extraction process. Six components (ginsenoside Rb1, calycium isoflavone Glucoside, ferulic acid, stilbene glycoside, paeoniflorin, hesperidin) and the mass concentration of extracts as a comprehensive evaluation of the extraction process to optimize the study. Results The best extraction process was 10 times the amount of 48% ethanol, 1.4 m L / min volume flow percolation extraction. Conclusion The response surface method, which is suitable for the extraction of qi and blood and supplementing wine, is simple, reasonable and feasible, and has high accuracy. It can provide a scientific basis for industrialized large-scale production.
