农村饮水安全工程是党中央、国务院高度重视和农村广大农民群众迫切需要的一项民生水利工程,是贯彻落实科学发展观在水利工作中的具体体现。近年农村饮水不安全工程建设取得了显著成效,但在管理上还存在一些困难和问题,在一定程度上严重影响了工程经济效益和社会效益的充分发挥。通过笔者多年参与农村饮水安全工程建设管理工作经验,就如何加强建后管理和问题谈一点个人意见,供大家参考。
The rural drinking water safety project is a people’s livelihood water conservancy project that the Central Party Committee and the State Council attach great importance to and urgently needs of the masses of farmers in rural areas and is a concrete manifestation of implementing the scientific concept of development in water conservancy work. In recent years, remarkable achievements have been made in the construction of unsafe drinking water in rural areas, but there are still some difficulties and problems in management. To a certain extent, this has seriously affected the full realization of the project’s economic and social benefits. Through my years of experience in construction management of rural drinking water safety project, I will talk about how to strengthen the management and problems after construction for your reference.
