目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)消融子宫肌瘤的疗效和不良反应。方法:HIFU消融治疗36例共45个子宫肌瘤,应过MRI、相关症状以及生活质量评分,评估疗效和不良反应。结果:随访35例共44个肌瘤,平均体积消融率为(64.74±23.16)%。术后6、12个月肌瘤缩小率分别是(41.76±23.91)%和(59.02±15.94)%(P<0.000 1)。术后6个月时,症状严重评分以及生活质量评分显著改善率分别为94.7%(18/19)和72.7%(6/22)。主要并发症为局部疼痛、发热等,均为轻中度。结论:HIFU消融子宫肌瘤安全有效,值得深入研究。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation of uterine fibroids. Methods: Totally 45 cases of uterine fibroids were treated by HIFU ablation. MRI and related symptoms and quality of life scores should be evaluated to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results: Totally 44 fibroids were observed in 35 cases. The average volumetric ablation rate was (64.74 ± 23.16)%. The fibroids shrinkage rates at 6 and 12 months after operation were (41.76 ± 23.91)% and (59.02 ± 15.94)%, respectively (P <0.000 1). At 6 months after operation, the scores of severe symptoms and quality of life scores were significantly improved, 94.7% (18/19) and 72.7% (6/22), respectively. The main complications of local pain, fever, etc., are mild to moderate. Conclusion: HIFU ablation of uterine fibroids safe and effective, it is worth further study.
