我省基础教育课程改革实验于2001年9月在湟中县启动,2002年9月在全省各州、地(市)十二个县(区)全面铺开。西宁市北大街小学作为省级课改实验学校,在此次的基础教育课程改革实验中,从实施方案的制定、人员的落实,到计划的实施等方面都做了充分的准备,从而保证了课改工作的顺利进行,通过近一年的实验,已收到了预期的成效。为推动全省课改工作向纵深发展,本刊特编发该校课改领导小组及李瑛、蒋瑜等同志有关课改实验的一组文章,以期能为我省课改实施工作的实施,提供可资借鉴的经验。
