10月中旬,中国铁路职工政研会举办建会以来规模最大的一次研讨、培训班,用《邓小平新时期思想政治工作理论学习概要》一书培训全路百余名政研会秘书长、工作人员。该会常务副会长、政治部副主任郭安智到会讲话,宣传部部长孙浅主持此次研讨班。 此次研讨班是经铁道部政治部批准举办的。政治部领导对此十分重视。从研讨班内容、时间到选址,部党组成员、政治部主任盛光祖都一一过问。研讨班期间,首先用较多的时间,组织大家学习由中国职工政研会组织编写的《邓小平新时期思想政治工作理论学习概要》一书,深刻领会邓小平的有关理论;二是研讨新形势
