票据抗辩是票据法上的重要制度,本文将对票据抗辩的理论基础加以浅析,并对各国的票据抗辩制度进行一个比较,并在此基础上反思我国的票据抗辩制度,提出一些建议。
Bill defense is an important system in bill law. This article will analyze the theoretical basis of bill defense, and make a comparison of bill defense system in various countries. On this basis, we will reflect on the bill defense system in our country and put forward some suggestions.
