目的对影像技术一体化管理应用在放射科中的效果进行分析探讨。方法将本院近年来在放射科进行检查的患者共计200例作为研究资料,设为实验组,应用护理与影像技术一体化管理的方法,具体内容为:设置一体化的层级管理人员,实施一体化的职业培训工作、值班排序,创设相应的质量考评模式,实施一体化的能力考核机制与奖罚分配方法。和同一年限的没有实施一体化管理方法的临床研究资料共计200例进行对比,设为对照组,将两组患者取得的临床效果进行比较研究。结果经过实施一体化管理之后,我们的护理质量有了显著提升,诊断准确率与甲级片率都比之前提高了,重复扫描率与患者的等候时间都比之前减少了,患者和医生的满意度也显著提升了。结论在放射科实施影像技术一体化管理能够显著提高我们的工作质量,患者的满意度高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of integrated management of imaging technology in radiology. Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing radiological examinations in our hospital in recent years were selected as experimental data and used as an experimental group to apply the integrated management of nursing and imaging technologies. Results After the implementation of integrated management, we have significantly improved the quality of care, diagnostic accuracy and Class A film rate than ever before, repeat scan rates and patient waiting time than before reduced the satisfaction of patients and doctors Degree has also improved significantly. Conclusion The implementation of integrated imaging and radiology management in radiology can significantly improve the quality of our work. The patients’ satisfaction is high and it is worth popularizing and applying them in clinic.
