1.发动机无法启动(1)启动机无反应故障现象:仪表显示单元(I-ECU)显示正常、无报警,但启动机无反应。这种现象一般是由启动线路、启动继电器和启动机故障引起。沃尔沃EC210B型挖掘机启动电路如图1所示。排查时先从启动线路查起,启动开关SW3301在START位置时由C端子供电,在启动位置时用万用电表检查SW3301 B+端子与C端子通、断。如果正常,继续往下检查连线接头MR03.2针脚连接
1. The engine can not start (1) The starter does not respond Fault phenomenon: The instrument display unit (I-ECU) shows normal, no alarm, but the starter no response. This phenomenon is generally caused by starting the line, starting relays and starter faults. Volvo EC210B excavator starting circuit shown in Figure 1. Check the line from the start when the search start, start switch SW3301 in the START position by the C terminal power supply, check the SW3301 B + terminal and the C terminal in the start position through, off. If OK, continue to check connector MR03.2 pin connection
