钻井液转化为水泥浆,简称MTC固井技术。它是利用一般钻井液,使之转变成水泥浆,代替常规水泥浆进行固井,从而提高层间封固质量。它是目前世界上一种新型固井技术。通过冀东油田勘探部和石油科学研究院廊坊分院的共同努力,顺利地完成了该项技术的研究工作,并在冀东高89- 1井现场试验取得了成功,初步摸索出一整套现场应用MTC水泥浆固井的新工艺。 钻井液转化为水泥浆固井技术的关键,是依据现场钻井液体系及性能优选合适的固化材料及其加量,选出与之相配套的新型高效添加剂。通过大量的室内研究工作,MTC水泥浆稠化时间可控制在60~ 259min,24h抗压强度 14.27~ 16.41MPa,API失水< 150mL。
Drilling fluid into slurry, referred to as MTC cementing technology. It is the use of the general drilling fluid to make it into a slurry, cementing instead of conventional cementing, thereby enhancing the quality of the interlayer seal. It is a new type of cementing technology in the world. Through the joint efforts of Exploration Department of Jidong Oilfield and Langfang Branch of Petroleum Science Research Institute, the research work of this technology was successfully completed and the field test was successfully carried out in the well of Jidongga 89-1 well to find out a set of field applications New Technology of MTC Cement Slurry Cementing. Drilling fluid into cement slurry cementing technology is the key is based on the field drilling fluid system and the appropriate choice of appropriate curing materials and their dosage, with the selection of the new high-performance additives. Through a lot of indoor research work, the thickening time of MTC grout can be controlled at 60 ~ 259min, 24h compressive strength 14.27 ~ 16.41MPa, API water loss <150mL.
