本文对３８例舍古林综合征患者进行了Ｔ细胞亚群的检测。发现该病患者有Ｔ８减少，Ｔ４／Ｔ８增高的倾向。用“活血生津丸”治疗后，Ｔ９水平及Ｔ４／Ｔ８比例恢复正常。推论该病的自身免疫状态与Ｔ４／Ｔ８比例失衡有关。中药的治疗作用在于调整了这种失衡的状态。
In this paper, 38 patients with Sjogren's syndrome T cell subsets were detected. T8 was found to reduce the disease, T4 / T8 tend to increase. With “Huoxue Shengjin Pill” treatment, T9 level and T4 / T8 ratio returned to normal. Corollary the autoimmune state of the disease and T4 / T8 imbalances. Therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine is to adjust the imbalance of this state.
