CYT-xx气动式座舱压调系统主要用于军用飞机,文章首次详细剖析了比例调压组件的结构、工作原理和静态特性。分析了比例调压组件中关键器件波纹管的工作原理,建立了膜片张力与形变关系式。在理论分析基础上,指出弹簧预紧力之合力和活动挡板膜片结构的有效面积决定了起调高度,而波纹管有效截面和活动挡板膜片结构的有效面积之比决定了调压的比例。根据文中分析和组件实际参数建立的仿真模型,其仿真结果和实验结果具有很好的一致性。
CYT-xx pneumatic cockpit pressure control system is mainly used for military aircraft, the article for the first time a detailed analysis of the proportional pressure regulator components structure, working principle and static characteristics. The working principle of bellows, a key component of proportional pressure regulator, was analyzed. The relationship between diaphragm tension and deformation was established. Based on the theoretical analysis, it is pointed out that the resultant force of the spring preload and the effective area of the diaphragm structure of the movable barrier determine the height of elevation, and the ratio of the effective area of the effective cross-section of the corrugated pipe to the effective area of the diaphragm structure of the movable barrier determines the voltage regulation proportion. According to the simulation model established in this paper and the actual parameters of the module, the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
