先天性双侧伸拇短肌缺如未见报遭,我科收治一例,经重建伸拇短肌手术,右拇指获得满意疗效,现报告如下:患者男性,22岁,自幼双手仲拇,握拳欠灵活,有时抓物不稳,不适并疼痛。入院后检查:伸拇指时右拇掌指关节有弹响伴疼痛,但不能完全伸直,强使伸直则右拇掌指关节产生弹跳及过伸现象,而屈掌指关节可见伸拇长肌腱向尺侧滑移,拇指与其它四指不能对指成“O”形,伸拇并外展时,只见伸拇长肌腱和外展拇长肌腱,无伸拇短肌腱,检查左拇指亦
