医疗改革如火如荼地在全国范围内进行开展,在这样背景下的医院人力资源管理的精细化是医疗改革提出的亟待解决的问题.本文首先从医院人力资源管理精细化的内涵出发,明确人力资源管理精细化的具体内容,归纳总结出精细化管理工作应该包括事前的计划编制管理、事中的实施过程管理及事后的反馈及绩效考核管理等三个阶段.其次,在内涵基础上分析了精细化管理的工作难点,对内涵的三个阶段提出相对应的实施重点.最后,基于工作和实施过程的难点和重点,提出了针对性的对策和建议.
