研究8090A1-Li合金显微组织和力学性能的关系.通过定量分析的方法分析了δ’相的尺寸、数量对合金力学性能的影响.结果表明:时效初期δ’相长大速度较快,δ’相平均尺寸长到13nm时,合金的屈服强度达到530MPa.
The relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of 8090A1-Li alloy was studied. The effect of the size and amount of δ ’phase on the mechanical properties of the alloy was analyzed by quantitative analysis. The results show that the δ ’phase grows rapidly at the initial stage of aging, and the average yield strength of the alloy reaches 530MPa when the average size of δ’ reaches 13nm.
