一些职校学生在就业过程中,面对全新的与校园文化氛围差异很大的企业文化氛围,表现出了不适应一线工作岗位、所学知识和工作实践脱节、不习惯企业的管理方式方法等现象,导致毕业与就业的磨合期变长,适应不了就业市场的需要。那么,如何避免这种现象的出现呢?笔者认为,职校生应充分利用在校期间学校创造、提供的各种机会,在就业前接触企业文化,感受企业文化,这对职校生踏上社会进入企业后,较快地融入企业文化,成为企业合格的一员,将起到相当重要的作用。
