11月30日,习主席出席气候变化巴黎大会开幕式并发表讲话。气候变化作为全球性问题,需要国际社会携手应对。作为一个发展中国家,中国不仅在科学认识、发展理念上主动引领,而且在战略目标、政策行动上勇于担当,充分展示了一个负责任大国勇于担当的形象。具体体现在:一是认识到位,二是理念正确,三是目标先进,四是行动引领,五是成效显著。
On November 30, President Xi attended the opening ceremony of the Paris Climate Change Conference and made a speech. As a global issue, climate change needs the concerted efforts of the international community. As a developing country, China has not only taken the initiative in guiding scientific understanding and development, but also has taken courage in its strategic objectives and in its policy actions. It has fully demonstrated the image that a responsible big country has the courage to assume. Embodied in: First, recognize the bit, and second, the concept is correct, the third is advanced goals, the fourth is to lead the action, the fifth is remarkable results.
