以氯化钾和磷钨酸为原料,采用浸渍法制备非水溶性磷钨酸钾光催化剂。以光催化降解有机农药百菌清的活性为目标,考察了磷钨酸钾的制备条件,并用IR、XRD、SEM和UV-Vis对催化剂进行了结构表征。结果表明:磷钨酸钾光催化剂在氯化钾与磷钨酸的摩尔比为2.5∶1,300℃焙烧3 h的条件下对百菌清的降解率达到90%以上。磷钨酸钾保持了磷钨酸的Keggin结构,比磷钨酸的晶粒尺寸小,比表面积大。
Using potassium chloride and phosphotungstic acid as raw materials, a non-water-soluble potassium tungstophosphate photocatalyst was prepared by impregnation method. The photocatalytic degradation of chlorothalonil was studied. The preparation conditions of potassium phosphotungstate were investigated. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by IR, XRD, SEM and UV-Vis. The results showed that the degradation rate of chlorothalonil reached more than 90% under the conditions of potassium phosphates and phosphotungstic acid molar ratio of 2.5:1 and calcination at 300 ℃ for 3 h. Potassium tungstophosphate maintains the Keggin structure of phosphotungstic acid, which is smaller than that of phosphotungstic acid and has a large specific surface area.
