由于我国经济和社会的快速发展,油气企业正在逐步到达国民经济体制中的一个不可取代的地位。在现代企业的综合管理中,治安保卫人员的管理已经成为一个重要的组成部分,治安保卫人员的保卫工作可以为油气区的安全稳步发展提供一个良好的基础保障。然而随着油气企业的不断发展,各种因素的综合影响,使得治安保卫人员的思想政治工作存在着不少问题。因此,为了保证油气企业的稳定安全运行,我们需要时刻重视治安保卫人员的思想政治建设,而本文就油气区治安保卫人员的思想政治工作进行了相关介绍和分析。
Due to the rapid economic and social development in our country, oil and gas enterprises are gradually reaching an irreplaceable position in the national economic system. In the comprehensive management of modern enterprises, the management of public security personnel has become an important part. The security work of public security personnel can provide a good foundation for the safe and steady development of oil and gas areas.
