并发尿毒症的尿路结石的治疗是个棘手问题.笔者自1989年1月至1992年12月,应用国产JDPN Ⅲ型ESWL机治疗上尿路结石1646例,其中并发尿毒症的上尿路结石21例(22例次),占1.28%,现报告如下.1 临床资料21例中,男14例,女7例,年龄26～76岁,平均45.3岁.嗜睡3例,全身或面部及下肢浮肿9例,尿少6例,无尿1例.21例均有不同程度的恶心、呕吐、厌食、腹胀.出现尿毒症症状时间:5～7天5例,15天1例,1～2个月3例,3个月5例,6个月3例,12个月3例,5年1
