品质管理圈(Quality control circle,QCC)简称品管圈,又称QC小组,通常是根据活动课题涉及的范围,上下结合组建的以提高质量为目的的群众性组织[1]。QC小组活动遵循PDCA(P-plan,计划;D-do,执行;Ccheck,检查;A-act,处理)循环的科学程序,运用统计方法和其他科学方法分析问题、解决问题,充分体现了全面质量管理的全员参与和持续改进的特点。QC小组活动基本步骤有:选题理由、调查分析与目标确定、原因分析、制定对策以及对策实施、效益与成果、巩固措施等。实验室管理体系文件包括《质量手册》、《程序文件》、《作业指导书》和《记录》,分别是实验室质量管理
