高校财务管理具有资金量大、业务复杂特点,是高校事业健康发展的组织保证。关于财务机构的构建,应从部门设置、人员配置、财务制度的规定、人员素质培养等诸多环节上着手进行。在财务工作建设发展过程中,需要充分体现管理的核心事项、不断健全制度建设、促进部门良好合作、全面发挥主观能动性等。高校财务机构负责人应让学校领导重视起财务部门,提升自身素质与能力,并做好各项检查工作,防止缺陷问题,有效理财。
