目的 探讨尼可地尔停跳心脏的效果。方法 选成年健康雄性杂种犬5 例,建立体外循环模型。阻断升主动脉,主动脉根部灌注200 μmol/L温血尼可地尔(Ⅰ组)500 mL,观察心脏停跳情况。30 min 后开放,观察心脏复跳情况。复跳30 min 再阻断升主动脉,灌注100 μmol/L温血尼可地尔( Ⅱ组) ,其他同Ⅰ组。第2 次复跳30 min 后第3 次阻断,造成单纯全心缺血,观察心跳情况。结果 两组浓度的药物均可使犬心停跳,再灌注后可复跳;单纯全心缺血30 min 未见停跳。结论 200 μmol/L和100 μmol/L的尼可地尔均可使犬心停跳,再灌注后可复跳。
Objective To investigate the effect of nicorandil on heart arrest. Methods Five adult healthy male dogs were selected to establish an extracorporeal circulation model. The ascending aorta was occluded and the aorta was infused with 500 mL of 200 μmol / L Nicotiride (group Ⅰ) to observe the cardiac arrest. Open 30min later, observe the situation of heart resuscitation. Resuscitation 30 min and then block the ascending aorta, perfusion of 100 μmol / L of Nicorandil (group Ⅱ), the other with the same group. The second block 30 minutes after the third block, resulting in simple global ischemia, observed heart rate. Results The concentration of the two drugs can make dog heart beating, reperfussion can be repeated; simple global ischemia did not stop 30min. Conclusions The canine heart beats at 200 μmol / L and 100 μmol / L nicorandil, and the heart beats again after reperfusion.
