良好的课堂教学对培养学生的自觉纪律是具有重大意义的。那么,我们如何来搞好课堂教学呢? 一、教师对于教学、教养和教育的统一性必须有全面的认识,把培养学生自觉纪律看成是教学过程中应有的任务。我们知道:“在学校中进行纪律教育的最重要的一个条件,就是合理地组织起来的教学过程。有纪律的行为是通过课堂教学逐渐培养起来的。”(叶希波夫、冈查洛夫合著教育学第六十三页)通过教学活动来培养学生的自觉纪律是最有效的方法。不管在什么学校和什么班级都是一样,凡是课堂教学组织得好的,学生便能安静的听老师所讲的课。
Good classroom teaching is of great significance to students' self-discipline. So, how do we do a good job in classroom teaching? First, teachers for teaching, upbringing and education must have a comprehensive understanding of the unity, to cultivate students' self-discipline as the teaching process should have the task. We know that “the most important condition for disciplinary education in schools is the properly organized teaching process, and disciplined behavior is gradually developed through classroom instruction.” (Yehpov, Gonzalov, Pedagogy 63) It is the most effective way to cultivate students' self-discipline through teaching activities. No matter what the school and what the class is the same, any class teaching well organized, students can quietly listen to the teacher's class.
