中国加入世界贸易组织的所有法律文件9月17日下午在日内瓦获得通过,中国长达15年的马拉松式入世谈判宣告完成。日内瓦当地时间17日下午3时30分至5时20分,世贸组织中国工作组第18次会议在世贸组织总部举行正式会议,通过了中国加入世贸组织的所有法律文件。1987年3月4日成立的中国工作组也随之结束了历时14年零6个月的历史使命。按照入世申请程序,中国入世的法律文件将提交世贸组织第四次部长级会议上审议通过。在完成必要的法律程序后,中国将正式成为世贸组织的成员。
All legal documents of China’s accession to the WTO were passed in Geneva on the afternoon of September 17, and the marathon-type WTO accession negotiations, which lasted 15 years, were announced. Geneva local time on the 17th, from 3.30 pm to 5.20 pm, the 18th meeting of the WTO Working Group of China held a formal meeting at the WTO headquarters and passed all the legal documents on China’s accession to the WTO. The Chinese working group established on March 4, 1987 also ended its historical mission of 14 years and 6 months. According to the application process for joining the WTO, China’s accession to the WTO legal documents will be submitted to the Fourth WTO Ministerial Conference for consideration and approval. After completing the necessary legal procedures, China will officially become a WTO member.
