工学一体化教学方式在技工教育中已经越来越得到重视,并且在一些条件好、师资力量强的学校形成了常态化教学方式。工学一体化教学模式将工作环境融入学校学习课堂,学习与工作实现了对接,学生与教师的课堂地位发生了变化。这种模式确实能有效解决学生走向社会后“学无所用”“学无所成”等问题。只是,工学一体化教学模式所要求的“工作场景”教学环境和优良丰富的师资配备让多数学校望而却步。在上述条件不足的情况下,通过对教学内容深入分析,充分挖掘现有设备潜力,以工学一体化理念为主线,对教学模式变革进行探索和总结。 The integration of teaching and learning in mechanics has drawn more and more attention in the education of mechanics and has become a normalized teaching method in some schools with good conditions and good teachers.
