目的比较前列腺癌(PCa)与前列腺增生(BPH)血管生成的差异。方法收集194例血清前列腺特异性抗原升高者,均行经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺活检。将穿刺组织行VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)、CD34免疫组化染色。比较癌症和增生患者的VEGF阳性表达率、VEGF计数和CD34计数的差异;分析VEGF计数和CD34计数的相关性。结果癌症组VEGF阳性表达率(76.79%)、CD34计数(43.4±14.5)均明显高于增生组的VEGF阳性表达率(18.60%)、CD34计数(16.7±6.2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌症组不同分化程度VEGF、CD34计数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF计数与CD34计数呈正相关(r=0.289,P=0.005)。结论 VEGF计数与CD34计数呈正相关,CD34计数随分化程度不同而变化;微血管密度可用于推测病变的良恶性质。
Objective To compare the differences of angiogenesis between prostate cancer (PCa) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 194 cases of elevated serum prostate-specific antigen were collected, underwent transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy. The puncture tissue line VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor), CD34 immunohistochemical staining. The difference of VEGF positive rate, VEGF count and CD34 count in cancer and hyperplasia patients were compared. The correlation between VEGF count and CD34 count was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of VEGF in the cancer group was 76.79% and the positive rate of CD34 in the proliferative group was significantly higher than that in the proliferative group (18.60% vs 16.7 ± 6.2, P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between VEGF count and CD34 count (r = 0.289, P = 0.005). Conclusions There is a positive correlation between VEGF count and CD34 count. CD34 counts vary with the degree of differentiation. Microvessel density can be used to infer the benign and malignant characteristics of the lesion.
