本文研究了直射式传感器和斜射式传感器从端面和侧面检测时,使用APД图调整机车车辆轮对车轴超声波检验斜射式传感器方法的灵敏度的特性。研究表明,使用标准试样(没有“平底孔”型的人造反射器)得到的基准信号就可以进行灵敏度的调整。本文还列举了“顿涅茨冶金工厂”有限公司在对车轴进行验收检查时一些根据APД图来调整检出缺陷零件报废标准的示例。
In this paper, we study the sensitivity of APD diagram to adjust the sensitivity of locomotive wheels to axles ultrasonic testing oblique sensors when the direct and oblique sensors are detected from the face and the side. Studies have shown that sensitivity adjustments can be made using the reference signal from a standard sample (artificial reflector without a “flat bottom hole”). This article also lists examples of scrapped parts that ADA plans to check defective parts based on the APД diagram when inspecting axles at the Donets Metallurgical Works.
