油田企业的工资制度,经过多年来的探索和改革,取得了一些成功的做法和经验,基本建立起了适合油田企业特点的内部工资分配制度。但目前也面临着一些矛盾和问题,需要采取进一步深化改革的措施。
After years of exploration and reform, the oilfield wage system has made some successful practices and experiences and basically established an internal wage distribution system that suits the characteristics of oilfield enterprises. However, they are also facing some contradictions and problems and need to take measures to further deepen the reform.
