After the article “CARGO RECEIPT” was published in the 5th issue of the “Foreign Economic and Trade Practice” in 1996, some domestic colleagues sent in a letter to the author to ask some questions about the “CARGO RECEIPT” being confused in the actual operation. It now appears that the use of “CARGO RECEIPT” under FOB conditions is indeed a new “problem” for some of our Chinese businessmen. In the following, for the use of “CARGO RECEIPT” under the FOB conditions, the author’s understanding of the representative question raised by some readers is only for the reference of comrades engaged in foreign economic and trade work.
