文章指出了新农合立法目前存在的主要问题是对新农合的发展规律掌握不够和对相关法律问题的认识不足,并从研究内容和方法两方面提出了对策。
The article points out that the main problems existing in the current NRCMS legislation are inadequate understanding of the laws governing the development of the NRCMS and inadequate understanding of relevant legal issues. Measures are also put forward in terms of research content and methods.
