凝聚青年、培育青年党员是保持党的肌体充满生机活力的重要保证。随着青年群体的知识层次日益提升、思维方式日趋活跃、区域流动不断增强,现有的党建工作如何符合青年人的特点和需求,增强对青年群体的吸引力,必须加以重视和研究。去年以来,我们在南湖区试点的基础上,以“快乐、时尚、阳光、实干、乐善”为工作理念,在全市开展以“青春党建”为主题的实践活动,取得了积极成效。
