目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化与老年冠心病(CHD)的相关性及临床意义。方法选择145例拟诊CHD老年患者根据冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果分成4组:正常对照组、单支病变组、双支病变组及3支病变组,各组分别行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查,观察颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT),有无斑块及斑块数量、形态、大小,管腔有无狭窄阻塞等,并与冠状动脉造影结果进行对比分析。结果 CHD组颈动脉IMT和斑块检出率均高于对照组(P<0.05),且随着冠状动脉病变严重程度的增加而增高。结论颈动脉粥样硬化与老年冠心病有明显相关性,颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查可用于预测冠状动脉粥样硬化的病变程度。
Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease (CHD) and its clinical significance. Methods One hundred and forty-five elderly CHD patients were divided into four groups according to the results of coronary angiography (CAG): normal control group, single-vessel lesion group, double-vessel lesion group and three lesion groups. Carotid artery color Doppler The carotid intima-media thickness (IMT), the number of plaques and plaques, the shape, the size and the presence or absence of stenosis of the lumen were observed by ultrasound examination. The results were compared with those of coronary angiography. Results The carotid IMT and plaque detection rate in CHD group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and increased with the severity of coronary artery disease. Conclusion Carotid atherosclerosis is significantly correlated with coronary heart disease in elderly patients. Carotid color Doppler ultrasonography can be used to predict the severity of coronary atherosclerosis.
