运动性骨胳肌微损伤多见于剧烈的耐力和力量训练中,主要表现为延迟性肌肉酸痛。运动后肌肉酸痛是一种非常普遍的现象,正确、客观的了解运动后肌肉酸痛的发生过程、预防及恢复,有助于锻炼者减轻甚至避免肌肉酸痛的发生。
Skeletal muscle injury is more common in severe endurance and strength training, mainly for the delayed muscle soreness. Muscle aches after exercise is a very common phenomenon, correct and objective understanding of the occurrence of muscle soreness after exercise, prevention and recovery, help reduce or even avoid muscle soreness.
