采用钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)打底+手工电弧焊(SMAW)相结合的复合焊接方法对2205双相钢和Q345碳钢复合板进行了焊接处理,研究了E2209、E309和E309Mo焊材对焊接接头组织与性能的影响规律,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明:3种不同焊缝区中铁素体的含量与Cr_(EQ)/Ni_(EQ)比值呈正比关系,即铁素体含量越高,则Cr_(EQ)/Ni_(EQ)比值越大;E2209焊缝中的热影响区组织相对E309焊缝和E309Mo焊缝中更为粗大,但是碳迁移程度相对E309焊缝和E309Mo焊缝更小;合金元素在熔合区存在浓度梯度,但是并没有产生元素偏析现象,由此可见,3种焊材所采用的焊接工艺是适宜的。极化曲线测试结果表明3种焊材的焊缝耐腐蚀性能从高至低依次为:E2209焊缝>E309Mo焊缝>E309焊缝;3种焊材的焊缝区的抗晶间腐蚀性能都较好,其中E2209焊接接头的晶间腐蚀速率与2205母材最为接近。
The welding of 2205 duplex steel and Q345 carbon steel composite plate was carried out by the combination welding of GTAW and SMAW. Polarization curve test results show that the corrosion resistance of the three kinds of welding consumables from high to low are as follows: E2209> E309Mo> E309; the intergranular corrosion resistance Better, of which E2209 welded joints intergranular corrosion rate and 2205 closest to the base metal.
