目的 :观察比较中药呕宁方便汤剂与其传统汤剂防治恶性肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐反应的疗效。方法 :30例恶性肿瘤患者化疗同时 ,随机先后交叉服用呕宁方便汤剂及其传统汤剂 ,对止吐效果进行对比研究。结果 :呕宁方便汤剂组疗效与传统汤剂组相近(P >0 .0 5 ) ,但使用方便。结论 :呕宁方便汤剂剂型能够取代其传统汤剂剂型 ,有效地防治化疗恶心呕吐反应。因其方便易行 ,有临床推广应用及开发价值
Objective: To observe and compare the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine vomiting convenient decoction and traditional decoction on the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting after malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods: 30 patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy at the same time, random crossover taking vomiting convenient decoction and its traditional decoction, antiemetic effect were compared. Results: The effect of vomiting convenient decoction group and the traditional decoction group similar (P> 0.05), but easy to use. Conclusion: Vomiting convenient decoction dosage form can replace its traditional decoction dosage form, effectively prevent and treat nausea and vomiting reaction. Because of its convenience, clinical application and development of value
