主要研究三种维吾尔药材欧洲菘蓝、侧柏、黑种草籽醇提物对肝微粒体脂质过氧化反应的影响。采用ＶｉｔＣ－ＮＡＤＰＨ系统诱发肝微粒体脂质过氧化反应，ＴＢＡ一比色法测定ＭＤＡ含量。结果显示；三种维吾尔药材醇提物具有不同程度的对抗肝微粒体脂质过氧化的作用，提示抗脂质过氧化作用可能是这些药物抗衰老作用机制的一个方面。
The effects of ethanol extracts of three indients of indigo plantation, oriental arborvitae, and black plant grass on the lipid peroxidation of liver microsomes were studied. VitC-NADPH system was used to induce lipid peroxidation of liver microsomes. The content of MDA was measured by TBA colorimetric method. The results showed that the three alcohol extracts of Uighur had different effects on lipid peroxidation of liver microsomes, suggesting that anti-lipid peroxidation may be one aspect of the anti-aging mechanism of these drugs.
