在西方社会中,传统社会对正义伦理的探索主要以崇高的德性地位为重心。近现代社会的哲学家把重心转移到了行为规范当中,弱化了其德性的地位。西方社会对自由的追求和个人主义的崇拜导致在规范伦理之下的道德沦丧,社会的多元化发展也使普适的规范伦理失去其效用,当代哲学家对正义伦理的德性重新引起重视。正义关怀的对象也在变化,一方面理性地从时间和空间两方面维度拉伸,另一方面关怀特殊群体和特殊境遇。德性的复兴注定成为当代正义伦理的发展趋势,对特殊群体的关怀也是当代正义伦理的发展要求。
In the western society, the exploration of the ethics of justice in the traditional society mainly focuses on the lofty virtue. The philosophers in modern society have shifted their focus to the code of conduct and have weakened their moral status. The pursuit of freedom and individualism in the Western society led to the moral decline under the normative ethics. The diversified development of society also made the universal normative ethics lose its effectiveness. Contemporary philosophers re-emphasized the virtue of just ethics. The object of just caring is also changing. On the one hand, it rationally stretches from both dimensions of time and space, and on the other hand cares about special groups and special circumstances. The revival of virtue is bound to become the development trend of contemporary justice ethics. The care for special groups is also the requirement of the development of contemporary justice ethics.
