目的 :了解音乐活动对青少年身心健康的影响。方法 :对 70名音乐活动小组成员采用SCL 90自评量表进行测试。结果 :音乐活动小组成员的心理健康水平显著高于不参加音乐活动的学生 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :音乐活动可以增进心理健康 ,是进行素质教育的重要手段之一。
Objective: To understand the impact of music activities on the physical and mental health of adolescents. Methods: 70 members of the music activities using the SCL 90 self-rating scale to test. Results: The members of the music group had significantly higher mental health than those who did not participate in the music activities (P <0.05). Conclusion: Music activities can improve mental health, which is one of the important means of quality education.
