目的:探讨急诊科实施护士绩效考核管理的效果。方法:观察急诊科护理人员在绩效制度实施前后的护理质量、患者对护理人员满意度及医师对护理人员的满意度,并进行比较。结果:实施绩效后的患者满意度显著高于实施绩效前的患者,且实施绩效考核前后护理绩效考核评分及护理差错发生均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:绩效考核能够有助于护理人员提高积极性,加强了与患者的沟通,使得患者对护理人员的满意度不断提升,达到高效率、高质量的护理目标。护士绩效考核对护理工作的顺利进行具有很大意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nurses’ performance appraisal management in emergency department. Methods: To observe the quality of care of emergency department nurses before and after the implementation of the performance system, satisfaction of patients with nurses and satisfaction of nurses with nursing staff. Results: Patient satisfaction after implementing performance was significantly higher than that before implementing performance evaluation, and there was a significant difference (P <0.05) between nursing performance evaluation scores and nursing errors before and after performance appraisal. Conclusion: Performance appraisal can help nurses to improve their enthusiasm and strengthen communication with patients, making patients’ satisfaction with nurses continuously improve and achieve high-efficiency and high-quality nursing goals. Nurses performance appraisal of the smooth progress of nursing is of great significance.
