贸易强国的目标实现是一个漫长的过程,国家应该为传统制造业的生存保留适当空间。2013年,中国进出口总额4.16万亿美元,作为一个发展中国家,超越美国,跃居世界第一货物贸易大国,实属不易。从1978年的206亿美元增长到4.16万亿,从全球排名第32位跃居到第一,对外开放带给中国社会的进步和发展令人惊叹。
