陈旧的道德观,由于漠视人的主体性,把道德看作是一种单纯外在的约束和管理人的法,因此传统的道德教育热衷于灌输、控制和训练人。而现代道德教育从根本上说应该是以人的发展为本,从重规约人走向重发展人。“道德本质上要求的是在各种关系中的个人的自觉行动,即自持”。1因此,当代的道德教育应该探索如何把重点从重在“教道德”走向重在“学道德”,使人的道德发展真正成为主体的内在建构。
Obsolete moral concepts, because of disregarding the subjectivity of people, regard morality as a simple external constraint and management person’s law, so the traditional moral education is keen to instill, control and train people. Modern moral education fundamentally should be based on human development. “Morality essentially requires the individual’s conscious action in various relationships, ie self-sustainment.” 1 Therefore, contemporary moral education should explore how to focus on “teaching morals” to “emphasizing morals” so that moral development can truly become the subject’s internal construction.
