丙罐钢水增碳使平炉无法按计划钢种出钢,是当前生产中的主要矛盾。在2号炉受铁口下部约200~300mm 处有一条长400mm,宽100mm,深1000mm 的扁沟.其内残存着高碳物。当炉子大幅度倾动出丙罐钢时,使钢液增碳。由此可知,丙罐钢增碳的根本原因是炉型问题。为防止丙罐钢增碳,应清除炉内长高部分(特别是受铁口下部),定期炼炉,改动加料层次,改善熔渣状况,适当增加脱氧、出钢期的热负荷,调整好炉膛压力和氧枪气封压力。
