在当今医疗改革的背景下,由于医护人员工作在临床工作的第一线,他们的身心健康对于其工作满意度、工作积极性、职业责任感等都有着重要影响,因而工作压力给医护人员带来的身心健康问题就受到了广泛关注。心理资本作为个体心理健康的一个重要资源,对个体对于工作压力的感知有着积极影响。在文献研究的基础上,首先回顾了心理资本的涵义与构成要因、影响机制及干预策略,继而结合医护人员的工作压力源、影响及调节机制讨论了在这一群体中心理资本与工作压力之间的关系,并在此基础上对于医疗行业开发心理资本的前景进行了展望。
