目的掌握山东省市级疾控中心实验室设备和检验能力情况,了解市级疾控中心在实验室建设方面的需求,为制定疾控发展政策提供参考依据。方法采用统一调查表收集山东省17市疾控中心实验室仪器设备和开展的检验项目等数据信息,采用Excel 2007软件进行统计,与原卫生部制定的指导标准比较分析。结果市级疾控中心实验室完成常规工作所需仪器设备的平均种类配备率为71.93%,平均数量配备率72.72%,必须开展的检验项目平均开展率为62.51%。结论山东省市级疾控中心仪器设备配备与国家标准相比仍有较大差距,实验室检验能力有待进一步提高。 Objective To grasp the laboratory equipment and testing ability of Shandong Provincial CDCs, to understand the requirements of municipal CDC in laboratory construction and to provide a reference for the formulation of CDC development policies. Methods A unified questionnaire was used to collect the data of laboratory equipments and testing items of CDC in 17 cities in Shandong Province. The data were collected with Excel 2007 software and compared with the guidance standards set by the former Ministry of Health. Results The average type and equipment ratio of instruments and equipment required by the municipal CDC laboratories for routine work was 71.93% and the average volume allocation rate was 72.72%. The average development rate of test items that must be carried out was 62.51%. Conclusion Shandong Provincial CDC equipment and equipment still have a big gap compared with the national standards, laboratory testing capacity needs to be further improved.
