1.组成用于工程车辆的Kessler驱动桥,可配置诺特FSG90型或FSG110型2种驻车制动器。这2种制动器均由壳体1、压力圈2、推力杆3、调整螺栓4、碟簧组件5、活塞6、摩擦片(7、8)和导向螺栓9组成,如图1所示。摩擦片7、8可在导向螺栓9上自由滑动,用于将制动盘制动。当进行制动时,碟簧组件5产生的推动力压缩活塞6,活塞6推动摩擦片7、8压紧制动盘,从而对制动盘产生制动力。当外部的释放压力大于碟簧组件5推力时,活塞6被推回,摩擦片(7、8)与制动盘分离,制动解除。
1. Constructs a Kessler drive axle for construction vehicles that can be equipped with two types of Parking Brakes, Nott FSG90 or FSG110. These two types of brakes are composed of the housing 1, the pressure ring 2, the thrust rod 3, the adjusting bolt 4, the disc spring assembly 5, the piston 6, the friction plates 7 and 8 and the guide bolt 9, as shown in FIG. The friction plates 7, 8 are free to slide on the guide bolt 9 for braking the brake disc. When braking is performed, the urging force generated by the disc spring assembly 5 compresses the piston 6, and the piston 6 urges the friction plates 7 and 8 to press the brake disc, thereby generating a braking force to the brake disc. When the external release pressure is greater than the biasing force of the disc spring assembly 5, the piston 6 is pushed back, the friction plates (7, 8) are separated from the brake disc, and the brake is released.
