思想政治工作是企业管理的有机组成部分,在市场经济中,企业效益的高低和市场竞争能力的强弱构成了衡量企业思想政治工作成败的一个重要尺度。因此,加强思想政治工作的力度,并非单纯的提高政治化程度,而在于把企业的思想政治工作定位于调动职工积极性,提高企业经济效益之中,真正为企业改革和发展提供强有力的思想保证和精神动力。有鉴于此,笔者认为,加强企业思想政治工作力度,以下三个方面不可忽视。 一、重视领导人格的塑造,提高思想政治工作力度 目前,企业的思想政治工作,不同程度的存在着重灌输、不重示范,重群众、不重领导的倾向,似乎思想政治工作的对象只是职工群众,因此,容易造成职工群众一听思想政治工作就反感,一见思想工作就筑起“心理栅栏”的状态。而现实中领导者人格的力量是无声的教育,只有恪守行为规范的领导者,才能成为具有权威的教育者,因此,要提高企业思想政治工作的力度,首先在
