徐工铲运机械事业部将企业的创新创效根植于班组、工段,成立了以劳动模范命名的劳模创新团队和以全国、省、市技能大赛中获奖选手命名的技能创效团队共计23个,其中生产一线岗位8个,技术岗位7个,营销岗位5个,管理岗位3个。活动开展后,各个团队均制定了项目攻关计划、实施方案。事业部工会对每一个项目进行过程跟踪。至2014年底,所有项目全部完成,并分别进行了项目总结。今年五一前夕,铲运事业部制作展板,集中展示了项目成果及团队收获,并从中评选出8个优秀项目予以表彰。
